Push-up

Raise one hand holding dumbbell in front of you slowly and then another hand as well. Now, standing straight, move both hands apart each other. You will now form the Y shape. Be in this erect posture for some time and then start moving down hands slowly back to normal standing position. Repeat 3 sets of 15-20 reps, upto 5 times a week.

Renegade position:
In this position, you will lay down on the floor. Keep hands in the straight position and hold one dumbbell in each hand. Raise one hand up, keep straight and bring close to the chest. Bring the hand. Bring both hands to the first position and keep on the floor. Repeat 3 sets of 12-15 reps for 3-5 times every week.
