Following are the few daily workouts you can do at home.
Push ups!
Push ups strengthen pectoral muscles of the breasts in a very well-defined manner. I'm sure you already know how to do pushups so I will not explain much. If not then just keep your hands on the ground, stretch your legs and keep your chest towards the floor. Then start push-ups from your hands. If you are still not clear then watch it on YouTube. This is the best workout that even male body builders do daily.
Pushups against the wall
This is very similar to what you do on the floor but here you do pushups against the wall and not on the floor. You can do wall pushups in two ways – either you close the feet or keep legs slightly apart. Keep your hands and body straight without bending posture. Make sure that your upper body, torso move in the same direction. Do it every day for 10-15 minutes and you will see the results in breasts in few days.
Dumbbells
I do not know about you, but I always get all excited when it’s about weights. The weight should be around 3-5 pounds the level of resistance you have. You have to keep your feet from each other by both hands and arms on both sides directly with your shoulders. Now slowly move your hands slower and then upwards. Repeat it for 10 - 15 times daily. Trust me, this is very good exercise to keep your shoulder and breasts stronger. In fact, this will also help you in reducing stomach fats.
Bench Press
it is an amazing exercise, which requires the bench to do. Lie on your back on the bench and keep the feet on the floor. Hold the weights and lift your arms over the face. Bend your elbows slightly and lower your arms and back to the beginning position. Do it for 10-15 times daily.
Trust me, these home exercises will give you very good and stronger tones to your breasts, arms, shoulders and lower abdomen. You will have great breasts line to show up proudly in just few days by doing these workouts daily. Not only you will look fit but will feel confident person.
